Discipline

It's hard to discipline a cat.  My cat has tried to viciously attack me 2 times and the only punishment she gets is spending the night in a walk-in closet that is bigger than the cages most cats live in.  She does pout all day after spending the night in the closet though, lol.  Some people would have had their cat put to sleep for what she has done to my arms, but she is so sweet at other times, it is unthinkable to do this.  Cats do not obey like dogs.  If it's time to go to bed and the cat wants to play, she might try to bite, and did this exact thing to me 2 weeks ago.  My cat seems to be more trouble than most, she loves to scratch furniture and I've learned to clip her claws and plan to do this about once a month.  Yesterday I brought her home a scratch post and she bit me, I guess due to the excitement?  The cat doesn't have rabies I had her checked out, lol, but her behavior does worry me.  I guess a cat is just a miniature predator, and you can never forget that.
